What is collected
When a parent or guardian requests a free session, Math with Pedro collects the parent/guardian name, email, and phone number, the student’s first name, booked session time, and basic referral/source information used to understand which outreach channels are working.
How it is used
This information is used to respond to the session request, schedule tutoring, prepare for the session, provide tutoring services if you continue, and operate the student portal. It is not sold to advertisers.
Children
The booking form is intended to be submitted by a parent or guardian when the student is under 18.
Retention
Lead information that does not become an active tutoring relationship may be removed after 12 months. Active-client records may be kept as needed to deliver tutoring and maintain ordinary business records.
Submitting the form allows Pedro to email or text you about the booked session. It does not enroll you in unrelated marketing email.
Requests
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your lead information using the contact information provided after booking.
